There is no space to store luggage on board. It can be kept at the reception counter.
If you are pregnant or have concerns about participating, please consult us in advance. *Due to weather conditions, the boat may bounce, causing strong impacts on your legs and back.
Those who are not feeling well or have chronic conditions such as back pain are requested not to participate.
Those who have been drinking are not allowed to participate.
Smoking is prohibited at the reception, information desk, boarding and disembarking areas, and on the boat. Electronic cigarettes are also not allowed.
Participants with exposed tattoos are not allowed.
Flammable items and dangerous goods cannot be brought on board.
Clothing on the Day of Boarding

We recommend rainwear on rainy days (ponchos, raincoats, and warm bench coats are available for free rental, so please feel free to ask).

On rainy days, bring ponchos, raincoats, or rainwear (umbrellas cannot be used for safety reasons).

In Case of Bad Weather
In case of bad weather or disasters, if the captain or operations manager deems it dangerous, the service may be interrupted or suspended.
We will publish the operation status on our website, so please check before using.
In case of planned cancellations, refunds or rescheduling will be provided according to the customer's wishes.
If it is safe to operate, we will continue even in the rain. Simple raincoats will be provided, but please refrain from using umbrellas.
Regarding Boarding
Please arrive at the boarding area 10 minutes before the tour departure, check in with the staff, and receive your life jacket.
The boat will depart on time, so please be careful not to be late.
Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding.
You may bring drinks and snacks. However, there are no drink holders or tables available.
Please follow the captain's instructions when boarding and disembarking.
The seating arrangement on the boat will be determined by the captain based on the age, physique, and number of passengers, so please follow the instructions.
When boarding, you must wear the life jacket provided by the organizer. If you do not wear it, you will be asked to disembark.
During navigation, the vessel may experience unexpected shaking, so please remain seated and hold onto the handrails.
Please manage your personal belongings and valuables yourself. Especially for mobile phones, please use neck straps and be careful of water damage.
If the captain recognizes any disruptive behavior towards staff or other passengers, you may be denied boarding or the tour may be terminated, and you will be asked to return to the boarding area and disembark. In this case, we may seek compensation for any damages incurred. Additionally, no refunds will be issued to the parties involved for any reason.

Death or disability: 110 million yen per person
For damage or loss of personal belongings, damage to the vessel or other passengers, and hospitalization or outpatient expenses, we ask that you take out travel accident insurance in advance.
